Refund & Return Policy

At PRNTZIT, we stand by the quality of our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for any undamaged products. Once your return is approved, you may ship it back for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

International Returns

For orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada, returns and exchanges must be sent to our U.S. return facility. Customers are responsible for return shipping labels and packaging costs.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition and packaged in their original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.

  • Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging will be denied.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@prntzit.com or use our website chat to request a return or exchange.

  2. Once approved, you will receive step-by-step instructions.

  3. Returns must be shipped within 14 business days of approval. Late returns will not be refunded.

  4. Please allow up to 48 hours after receipt for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Take clear photos of the issue.

  • Email support@prntzit.com with your order number in the subject line and a brief description.

  • We’ll replace your item as quickly as possible.

Important Notes & Disclaimer

  • Processing and delivery times may be longer during holidays due to high order volume.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to refusal or incorrect addresses will incur additional reshipping fees.

  • Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot change shipping addresses—please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

  • PRNTZIT is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
